> Dear Colleague,
>
> The last few months have been a busy period for the Centre on Global Health Security at Chatham House.
>
> From evaluating how pharmaceutical company revenues can be delinked from the sales volume of antibiotics, to supporting a health security track at the Munich Security Conference and identifying priority areas for reform as the global health architecture confronts emerging challenges in the post-2015 era, our work continues to cover a broad range of health security issues.

> REPORT PUBLICATION
> <http://email-chathamhouse.org/1TYE-3VC02-BM8UQB-1W6JMC-1/c.aspx>
> This report aims to inform the ongoing discussions and processes concerned with developing a new business model for antibiotics. It is based on the premise that delinkage, seeking to separate the return on investment from antibiotic sales volume, should be the principle underpinning any new business model.

> REPORT PUBLICATION
> Current deliberations on global health in the post-Millennium Development Goals era have largely focused on what will be needed to achieve the new health targets set out in the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), but more is needed now on how to respond to the challenges post-2015. This paper provides analysis of the fitness for purpose of the current global health system and recommendations on priority areas of reform to best equip the system to enter the post-2015 era.

> Facing the Health Challenges of the Global Refugee Crisis <http://email-chathamhouse.org/1TYE-3VC02-BM8UQB-1W6JRB-1/c.aspx>
> EXPERT COMMENT
> The acute health risks associated with large movements of refugees are manageable. But the global health community also has the opportunity to address the broader issues of inequality that are driving the crisis, according to a recent expert comment.

> Is Yet Another Ebola Report A Symptom of the Problem or the Solution? <http://email-chathamhouse.org/1TYE-3VC02-BM8UQB-1W6JSY-1/c.aspx>
> EXPERT COMMENT
> Another report on how the world should address disease outbreaks like Ebola has some sound analysis but some questionable recommendations, writes Charles Clift, adding that the central issue is how to address outbreaks swiftly so that they never become crises like Ebola.

> The Centre is supporting the development of a health security track at the Munich Security Conference by contributing to the Munich Security Report and formulating high-level panel discussions that explore the links between health security and world stability and stimulate debate among senior politicians, diplomats and security personnel on how best to mitigate health security risks.
