> <http://cdn.energymanagertoday.com/assets/fl-pace-logo.png?399986>Property Assisted Clean Energy (PACE) program proponents in Florida got good news yesterday when the Florida Supreme Court rejected a challenge by the Florida Bankers Association <http://www.sun-sentinel.com/business/personal-finance/fl-pace-financing-florida-bankers-20151015-story.html>. The association argued that PACE -based loans would be repaid before mortgages and therefore should be stopped, according to the Sun-Sentinel. The Supreme Court did not directly rule on that issue. Instead, it found that the association had no standing to bring the suit.
