Hi Dr. McDonald,

I submit the following two items for your reality glasses as you speak to folks from Miami.

Hal Wanless is one of a growing number of voices for higher projections than even the NOAA numbers below. Looking at 2078 with reality glasses on is a whole lot different than the Miami norm, which is to discount the higher projections.

Shorecrest is in 33138 and not listed below as a top threat (at 1.7 ft elevation). The data on the ground always exposes the lack of granularity of all models and projections because census tract data is NOT granular enough.
