Funding for Ebola response might take longer than expected. According to the links below . . .

Participants at the high-level event will share strategies for ending the Ebola epidemic – “getting to zero and staying at zero”. The conference will also offer the affected countries the opportunity to share detailed national and regional recovery plans and budgets, prioritizing their needs for the next 12 to 18-month period, and will seek to secure international support to fill technical and financial gaps in resources needed.

The Panel will hold its first meeting in early May 2015 and is expected to submit its final report to the Secretary-General at the end of December 2015. The Secretary-General will make the report available to the General Assembly, and undertake further action as appropriate.
