Grants help Puerto Rico, still in hurricane recovery, focus on resilience
Hurricane Maria shut down San Juan-native Karla Peña's business. Eight months later, Karla now leads Mercy Corps' efforts to transform 15 community centers into "resilience hubs," supported by $1.9 million in grants from Walmart and The Miami Foundation.
