C19 Mutations

Mike: I postedits around 12:30 as a comment to the earlier story about some European countries closing down flights from the UK. I thought it was a good way of linking the two related stories together (and was faster than posting as a separate item.
I am assuming that the same people who get emails notifying the about new postings also get any comments on the stories..
