Donated items can be sent directly to the venue. The organization will collaborate with the Mano River Union and other local organizations for distribution of donated materials.
Restoration Chapel is inviting other churches to support its ongoing drive. "Church is not only about praying, it is about action, and Ebola has not gone away," said Prophet Frank Sarpong of Restoration Chapel International. "Churches can be a part of the solution by mobilizing congregations to hold drives to collect school supplies, food or children's rain gear to help prevent the spread of Ebola as the rainy season is about to start in West Africa."
The program is free and open to the public, with seating done on a first-come-first-served basis. Attendees are encouraged to registar to allow for proper planning.
